Following are some of the many choices you can make in the Options dialog box:
. Define your mail client in the Internet section (should you want to email a document
directly from OOo) . See more about setting up and using email in Chapter
13, ???Using the Internet: Browsing the Web and Writing Email,??? and Chapter 15,
???Managing Email Servers.???
. Tell OOo to automatically save your work at regular intervals in the Load/Save
General section.
. Tell OOo if it should save a backup copy of your work in Load/Save General.
. Turn on (or off) the automatic spell checker in Language Settings/Writing Aids.
. Use a Direct Cursor tool to put text wherever you click (and not just at the beginning
of the next line). This is set in the Writer section, Formatting Aids.
. Define your default document fonts in Writer, Basic Fonts.
