/e Enables you to document the reason for an unexpected shutdown on the target computer.
You must be part of the administrators group to document an unexpected shutdown.
TIP Many users complain about the amount of time spent waiting for Windows to shut down.
You can greatly improve the shutdown speed by creating a new shortcut and adding this entry to
the Target field, %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 0. Set the Start In field
to %windir% as well. Using this command line doesn??™t affect the shutdown in any way whatsoever.
You won??™t lose data or anything of that nature. The only change is that Windows won??™t
wait for applications to end before it begins the shutdown process. Since the default wait period
is 30 seconds (even if the computer isn??™t doing anything), you can save 30 seconds by using this
technique.
Replicating COM+ Applications with the COMRepl Utility

QC Dead Letter Queue Listener, IIS in-process applications, IIS utilities, or all applications created
for isolated or pooled virtual roots.
