The input method settings shown in Table 4.11 actually affect the techniques used to work with
other human languages. For example, if you configure Windows to support multiple languages,
you need a way to switch between those languages. To see these settings in the GUI setup, open the
Regional and Language Options applet of the Control Panel. Select the Languages tab and click
Details. Choose any secondary language you have installed and Windows enables the Key Settings
button. Click this button and you??™ll see the shortcuts described in Table 4.11.
