"Administering Windows Server 2008 Server Core"

This utility uses the following
syntax:
ARP -a [inet_addr] [-N if_addr] [-v]
ARP -g [inet_addr] [-N if_addr]
ARP -d inet_addr [if_addr]
ARP -s inet_addr eth_addr [if_addr]
The following list describes each of the command line arguments.
-a
Displays the current ARP entries by requesting the current protocol data. The output
includes the interface address, Internet address, physical address, and type of connection. When
used alone, the table includes all entries for all tables. If you specify the Internet address, the
utility displays the IP and physical addresses for the specified computer. When more than one
network interface uses ARP, the utility displays entries for each ARP table.
-g
Performs the same task as
-a
.
inet_addr
Defines an Internet address. Generally, this value is the computer that hosts the ARP
table, which might not be the local computer. This utility doesn??™t currently support IP version 6,
so the addresses are all in the form of 192.168.0.1.
-N
if_addr
Displays a list of ARP entries for the specified network interface. The
N
is case
sensitive and the utility ignores a lowercase
n
.
if_addr
Specifies the Internet address of the interface that the utility will modify.
