and written procedures all provide useful ways to record sequences that you??™ll use more than once.

out what you did the next time you need to perform the task. Add copious comments to batch
files and scripts to ensure they are documented fully. Make sure your comments are useful. Place
an emphasis on what something does, why you did it that way, and how to work with it. Otherwise,
the information you save is useless. Writing things down has a number of additional benefits
that you should consider as part of the payback for the work you??™ll perform.
