A related set of cabinet files can
appear within a folder. During application installation,
the compressed files in a cabinet are decompressed
and copied to an appropriate directory for
the user.

Clear to Send (CTS)
A serial port signaling line that indicates the Data
Communications Equipment (DCE), such as a
modem, can receive data from the Data Terminal
Equipment (DTE), such as a computer.
Comma Separated Value (CSV)
A type of text database file where the data fields are
separated from one another using commas. Each
carriage return/line feed combination (new line)
creates a new record. Many applications can retrieve
CSV files and convert them to other database
representations.
Command Line
The input area allocated for entering instructions
executed by the command processor. The operating
system provides a standard prompt where you
begin typing the instruction. In most cases, the
prompt remains unavailable until the instruction
completes.
Container Inherit (CI)
Signifies that this particular user inherited the
Access Control Entry (ACE) from a parent directory.
