A technology for maintaining multiple versions of
DLLs on a system so that each application can use
the version of the DLL it requires.

XML Schema Definition (XSD)
The portion of the eXtensible Markup Language
(XML) specification that defines data types and
other data elements. Most browsers and other applications
use XSD to verify the XML document. XSD is
also related to a Web site containing such information
by use of XML parsers. A designer can create a
custom XSD for use with a particular application.
