Also,
there are several laws regarding privacy. Be sure you??™re
not violating a person??™s privacy when taking their picture.
TIP
When photographing a group of people inside a building,
take some photos from the second-floor balcony, if the
building has one. Your subjects won??™t be aware of your
camera and you??™ll get more natural-looking pictures.
Of course, you can always spice things up by calling
someone??™s name and then taking the picture as that
person looks up at you.
TIP
If your camera has an option to capture images
continually after you press the shutter button, you can
capture several photos from a scene, such as a bride
and groom??™s first kiss after sealing their vows.

Capture a Digital Portrait
1. Step away from the subject.
2. Rotate the camera 90 degrees, and frame the subject
vertically.
3. Zoom in to achieve the desired composition. You can
zoom in for a head-and-shoulders portrait, as shown,
or zoom in tight and capture just the person??™s face
and part of the hair. The latter is known as an extreme
close-up.
