5. Double-click on hdrHeaderLabel3 in the third row (second column) to open
the Editor. Change the value of the mode from Auto to HTML Hit OK.
6. Save ClassicCarsLibrary.rptlibrary. Rerun the report. Now that the Library
has been updated, when you run the report, you can see that the broken
items have been fixed.
It should be noted that once you change a component in a report??”such as its text??”it
then becomes part of the report and not of the Library. The reason is that technically,
components consumed within a report become extensions of components in a
Library. When you change something, you are changing it in the extension, not the
original; however, unmodified components will still reflect changes. In the following
example, we will demonstrate that changes made in the report will take precedence
over the original Library item.

7. Open the Master Page section of the Report Designer. Double-click on the
Label hdrHeaderLine1 in the Report Design file. Change the text to read
Classic Cars Incorporated.
8. Save the report.
9. Open the ClassicCarsLibrary.rptlibrary. In the Outline, select Report Items/
hdrGrid to make the header visible in the Report Designer.
