And not every job is for broadcast television; a significant market exists
for logos in corporate and industrial video environments. This chapter focuses on modeling
text in LightWave Modeler that can be animated into broadcast-style animations for
television and corporate video. This chapter takes you full-speed ahead into a complete
broadcast-style animation that goes beyond the typical chrome flying logo you might be
familiar with. LightWave has a powerful rendering engine and excellent texture tools that
will make your job easier, especially when creating logos. Figure 7.1 shows a still from the
finished logo that you will create.
