With this version, you don??™t.
As you read earlier, you can add specific fonts if
you like, but by default, all of your fonts are readily
available. In the Numeric window, click the Font
list. Figure 7.17 shows the panel.
The Manage Fonts tool tells LightWave to list only
the fonts you want to use for a particular project or
modeling session.Without using the Manage Fonts
tool, LightWave will list all the fonts installed on
your system.
7. If you like, you can change what text you??™re typing
right in the Numeric window as well. For now, set
the Scale to 4m, and set the Center X, Y, and Z values all to 0.
8. Close the Numeric panel, then click the Text tool to turn it off. Press a to fit the type
you just created into the viewport. Figure 7.18 shows your soon-to-be-3D text.

9. Press Ctrl+s to Save As, and save your font at ABN_Flat. It??™s a good idea to always
save a flat version of type-based objects, in case you want to use them as an element
in your animation, or perhaps need to rebuild the full logo.
