This will help make the light have a softer edge. On
the Shadows tab within the Lights Properties panel, change the Shadow Type to
Shadow Map. Then, close the panel.
4. Press 5 on your keyboard to switch to Light View. Press t to select the Move tool,
and move the light up and away from the logo, as shown in Figure 7.34. Using the
Light view, you can easily position your light to see that it encompasses your scene.

5. Press Create Key at the bottom of the interface to keep the light in its new position
at frame 0.
6. Press F9 to test-render the scene. Figure 7.35 shows the not-so-nice-looking logo.
But wait, there??™s more!

7. With the light selected, press Ctrl+c to clone the light. In the Clone dialog box
that appears, just create one clone for now. Click OK, then press t for the Move
tool and move the light to the right side of the logo. Remember to right-click to
move up and down on the Y-axis.
