11. If you want, you can save the backdrops for use later. To do so, in the Display
Options panel??™s Backdrop tab, choose Save All Presets from the Presets drop-down.
12. To begin creating the base model, click the Create tab and select the Disc tool.
You??™ll use the Disc tool, which creates perfect circles, to make the iPod??™s rounded corners
??”by making a circle of the right size and trimming away the portion that falls
inside the straight sides of the iPod case, you??™ll form a box with rounded corners.
13. Place your mouse over the top-left corner of the backdrop image, and press g to
center the view on your cursor position. This is a quick way to move about a
viewport. From there, press the period key two or three times to zoom into the
view (Figure 9.5).

14. With the Disc tool selected, hold the Ctrl key to constrain the axis, and draw out a
disc with a radius that matches the corner arc, as in Figure 9.
