Exercise 9.3 Building an iPod, Part III
1. Working with the model you??™ve built this far, make sure you??™re in Edges selection
mode, then click on the outer edge of the LCD panel.
2. From the Select drop-down at the top left of the Modeler interface, choose Select
Loop to select the entire edge loop, as shown in Figure 9.36.

3. With the edge selected, press Ctrl+b to activate the Edge Bevel tool. You can also
press n) to open the Numeric panel, which allows you to see your tool settings.
Bevel the edge about 1mm or so, as shown in Figure 9.37.

4. Press the spacebar to turn off the Edge Bevel tool, and then press / to deselect
the edge.
5. Next, click an inside edge of the LCD panel object and again choose Select Loop
from the Select drop-down menu. Figure 9.38 shows the selection.

6. We could use Edge Bevel again here, but let??™s try another tool that will also do the
job. On the Multiply tab, click Rounder (in the Extend tool category).
