Wireframe Shade.
17. Click, hold, and drag on the point in the top center of the flipper. Drag it up on
the Y-axis to round out the top of the flipper. Figure 10.19 shows the operation.

18. Still using the Drag tool, bring the endpoints down for the flipper to start a curvature.
Bring the bottom center points up into the flipper a bit to help the shape.

19. After you??™ve shaped the flipper using the Drag tool, you need to make it a bit
longer.With the two end polygons selected, click the Multishift tool twice more
to extend the selection down toward the side of the penguin. After you??™ve applied
Multishift to generate more polygons from the selection, use the Move and Rotate
tools to adjust the flipper, as in Figure 10.21.
If you find that it??™s hard to grab specific points, press the Tab key to toggle off
Subpatch mode, and then press Tab again to turn it back on.
