7. Press Shift+h for the Size tool, and increase the size of the selection by about 20%,
as shown in Figure 10.22.
8. Deselect the row of points around the shoulder area, leaving just the points
around the neck selected. Increase the size of the selection by about 70%, as
shown in Figure 10.23.

9. You might notice that in the Right view, the points now extend too far on the
Z-axis on the front and back. Press h to open the Stretch tool, and in the Right
view, click and drag to stretch the points in, making sure they are aligned with
the points beneath them, as shown in Figure 10.24.

10. Turn off the Stretch tool. Deselect all points, and then press the Tab key to see the
model with subpatches applied. Figure 10.25 shows the penguin, now with a head
that is not quite as separate from the body.
