good trick is to press Shift+a after you make a selection.This maximizes the selection
within the window, and usually reveals any polygons you may have selected accidentally.

8. Rotate the ball slightly and move it to fit into the eye socket.
9. Press Shift+v to activate the Mirror tool, then open the Numeric panel by pressing
n to mirror the ball across the X-axis to create the right eye. You??™ll see the eyeball
instantly mirrored across the X-axis (the default ???reflection??? axis for Mirror operations).
Close the Numeric panel, and then press the spacebar to turn off the
Mirror tool.
10. Select the mirrored eyeball, then press h for the Stretch command and squash the
eyeball down (stretch on the Y-axis) a bit. Figure 10.47 shows the two eyes.

11. Hold the Shift key and click the thumbnail for Layer 1 to display the shaded penguin
model along with the eyes. Figure 10.48 shows the character so far.
