Press F9 and you??™ll see what you??™ve just done (Figure 11.57).
11. The image maps well, but there??™s a lot more you can do with it now that the node
is set up. Right-click the Image node and select Copy, as shown in Figure 11.58.
12. Click into the empty Node Editor workspace, then right-click again and choose
Paste, as shown in Figure 11.59. Now you have two identical image nodes, as
shown in Figure 11.60.

13. Double-click the added Image
node to open the Properties
panel for it. Click the Edit
Image button.
14. In the Image Editor, select
the MetalGrate image, select
the Clone drop-down at the
top right of the panel, and
choose Instance, as shown
in Figure 11.61.
15. Select the instance in the
Image Editor, then click
the Editing tab. Drag the
Saturation slider all the
way to the left to remove
the color from the image.
16. Bring the Brightness to -0.35,
with the Contrast set to 0.
