However, it is the only bone influencing it, so the
model is deforming based on the position of only this bone.When you activate the
other bones, the model returns to its proper shape and position. Start activating
the bones, beginning from the base bone, and your object will not distort this way.

6. Use the up arrow to select the next bone, press r, and repeat the bone activation
by pressing r for each bone.
When you activate all the bones, the model returns to its original shape. This is
because all bones are now active and properly influencing the deformation of the
model.When only one bone was active, such as the last bone for the object, the
entire penguin was being influenced by only one bone.
