LightWave v9 has multiple undos in Layout for
actions such as moving or rotating a bone. Just press Ctrl+z (Cmd+z on the Mac), and
you??™re all set. (Just pressing z is the shortcut for redo.) You can set the undo levels in
the General Options panel by pressing o.

them to bones in Layout. The benefit of this is the ability to set up bones for a character
in a Perspective view, using modeling tools such as Drag and Rotate.What??™s more, any
Skelegon-based skeletal structure you create for a character is saved with the model. This
means you can set up full bone structures for individual characters and load them into a
single scene later.
When you create a character with Skelegons, you can adjust its skeletal structure at any
time. In addition, you can create one base skeletal structure and use it over and over again
for future characters. The next exercise gets you right into it by setting up Skelegons for a
full figure.

There are a couple of ways to create Skelegons in Modeler. You can build them point by
point or use the Draw Skelegons feature.
